  • Sverok, the Swedish gaming culture association, is running the project “Spela på spektrat”. The project is aimed at young nerds with an neurodevelopmental disorder (NPF), such as ADHD or autism. The project has just released the report “Mer än bara spel” which explores the role of gaming for young people with NPF.

Society can often be critical of young people's gaming interest. To counter this, we want to broaden the perspective and highlight all the positive aspects of games and gaming communities. This fall, the project will also launch friendship groups for young people who want to find others who share an interest in gaming, as well as leadership training for young people with NPF.

Come and listen to Viktor Lindberg, project manager and psychologist, who will present the report and talk more about the project. It’s also an opportunity to meet other young people with NPF or parents of children with NPF!

  • Test your gaming knowledge in our big Gaming Kahoot quiz and win prizes.
