Malmö Game Week is organized and documented by Spelens Hus and the City of Malmö. As part of the event, photo, video, and audio material will be collected throughout the weekend.
This means that as a visitor, your personal data, including your appearance, voice, or identifiable presence in photos or videos, may be recorded and processed.

The purpose of this collection is both to document the event and to promote it in real-time, across Malmö City’s, Spelens Hus’ and the event’s own digital channels and social media.

Our photographers will wear clearly marked vests so you can easily identify when filming or photography is taking place and decide for yourself if you want to be included.

Parts of the event will also be live-streamed on Twitch via Spelens Hus.

Malmö Game Week is for everyone regardless of age, gender identity, language, ethnicity, religion, financial situation, cultural background, or sexual orientation. During the event, we want everyone to come together and share the space on equal terms.
