Malmö Game Week is brought to life by a passionate project team from the City of Malmö and Spelens Hus. Together, we’re building more than just an event, we’re creating a vibrant celebration of gaming culture where everyone belongs.
A place where creativity explodes, friendships are formed, and our community comes together to level up and share the joy of games together!
Spelens Hus
Spelens Hus – House of Gaming is a nonprofit community space for youth in Malmö, where various gaming clubs run activities and events. The space is operated by the Spelens Hus organization together with its member associations, creating a welcoming environment for gaming, creativity, and community.

Photography & Filming
MGW is documented through both photography and video. This means you may appear on camera while visiting. While we do our best to be mindful, we cannot guarantee that anyone will be fully excluded from images or footage.
Food Options
Food at MGW is handled by Malmömässan’s own restaurant, located inside the venue. They aim to offer a range of options, including vegan and vegetarian dishes, as well as child-friendly meals and snacks.
We’ve encouraged them to provide choices that suit as many needs as possible, but we can’t guarantee that all dietary restrictions will be covered.
Feel free to bring your own food if you have specific requirements or want to make sure you have what you need!

Yes! There are no bag restrictions.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes you can bring your own food and drinks to the event, but make sure to check out the in house restaurant Cloud on the second floor of the venue.
Can I bring alcohol on the premises?
Bringing your own alcohol is prohibited.
